As days rush we have witnessed new talents emerge ,Old keep on surprising us and legends keep on getting stronger in the music industry, here is my list of best songs of 2013 so far. This is a list of extremely mind blowing music that will surely get you in the mood for an epic box-social!;).

  • Kanye west - Black skinhead.
BLKKK SKKKN HEAD is a song by American hip hop recording artist Kanye West from his sixth studio album Yeezus (2013). The song was released as the first single from the album on June 19, 2013 and has peaked at number 69 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Despite the video leaking in July 8 this witty artist still did wonders in this legit music..
In this video's song West did something so different ,The primary action of the video takes place in the middle middle portion of the screen, which is occupied by a shirtless, computer-generated version of West, wearing a long chain and leather pants, who raps the song's lyrics and dances.

  • Kendrick Lamar feat Jayz - B*tch don't kill my vibe
Hope am aint late for this,Despite the song being released in March it still hits the radio waves and a must bounce when its played,Lamar originally intended to collaborate Lady gaga but timing and creative differences came in between..   "Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe" was released as the album's fourth single; two official remixes of the song exist with Jay-Z and Emeli Sandé.

West wanted the two songs to appear on Watch the Throne, but Jay-Z chose to keep them for his upcoming studio album and they were replaced with "No Church in the Wild" and "Made in America",all i can say is this track is epic!!

  • Daft Punk feat Pharrell Williams -Get Lucky
"Get Lucky" is a disco song while lyrically, according to Pharrell Williams, the song is about the fortune of connecting with someone and not just about sexual chemistry. The song is a commercial success, taking number one in Spain and reaching the top five in multiple countries including Austria, Canada and the UK.

  • Fall out boy - my song know what you did in the dark.
"My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)" is a song written and recorded by American rock band Fall Out Boy, released as the lead single for their fifth studio album, Save Rock and Roll. This song serves as the band's 'comeback' single following their three-year hiatus and regrouping fortune group. The track and its music video were released in February, 2013 to confirm the official reformation of the band.

Best known for his underground hip-hop music; Ace Hood definitely nailed it with this single. He effectively got everybody wanting a Bugatti.

  • Beyonce -Bow down /i been on
The track was posted along with a picture of Beyonce as a young girl in a room full of trophies with the words "BOW DOWN" in bold typeface leading to speculation this could be a single cover.

Zapiro: Global Terrorism in Africa - Al Shabab ?? Boko Haram ?? Al Qaeda ??

Recent bombings in Nairobi demonstrates terrorism without borders. Al Shabab is the Somalia-based cell of the militant Islamist group al-Qaeda, formally recognized in 2012. On September 21: Al-Shabaab claimed responsibility over Twitter for the Westgate centre shooting, an armed attack in a Nairobi shopping mall. The insurgent group asserts that its militants shot around 100 people in retaliation for the deployment of Kenyan troops in Somalia, with the Kenyan Red Cross confirming 62 fatalities and over 120 injuries.  Kenyan authorities said that one of the suspects in the devastating attack on a Nairobi shopping centre had been travelling on a false South African passport. Boko Haram founded on 2001/2002 is an Islamic jihadist militant terrorist organisation based in the northeast of Nigeria, north Cameroon and Niger with strong links to al-Quaeda..

Best Movies and TV shows for Doctors..

Physicians seek out films for various reasons, ranging from escapism to humor to finding uplifting experiences that offer new insights into daily life. Some of these films demonstrate the travails of dealing with the medical system or depict doctors who are emphatically not worth emulating. Others illuminate the human condition or offer ethical insights that are broadly applicable. Still others are simply entertaining.

Here is Msongo's list ..

  •  Grey's Anatomy
Grey's Anatomy is a medical drama set at the fictional Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital in Seattle. The series covers the stories of the interns and residents at the hospital as they try to balance their personal lives with the demands of their medical training. The main character is Meredith Grey, who is married to a neurosurgeon at the hospital .The show follows her life as a third year resident at the hospital in the surgical department run by Dr Richard Webber. It covers not only her relationship with her husband, but also with her best friend Cristina Yang and her interactions with the other doctors and staff.

  • ER
Michael Crichton has created a medical drama that chronicles life and death in a Chicago hospital emergency room. Each episode tells the tale of another day in the ER, from the exciting to the mundane, and the joyous to the heart-rending. Frenetic pacing, interwoven plot lines, and emotional rollercoastering is used to attempt to accurately depict the stressful environment found there. This show even portrays the plight of medical students in their quest to become physicians.

  • House MD
The series follows the life of anti-social, pain killer addict, witty and arrogant medical doctor Gregory House with only half a muscle in his right leg. He and his team of medical doctors try to cure very ill ordinary people in the United States of America.

  • Off The Map
This series follows doctors working in a clinic in a South American jungle. The head of the clinic is Ben Keeton. Otis Cole is doctor who had a substance abuse problem. Zita Alvarez is Ben's right hand. Lily Brenner is trying to cope with a loss. Tommy Fuller who is an easy going guy, who makes mistakes. Mina Minard, a doctor who made a mistake which affected her confidence. And Ryan Clark, a doctor whom Ben likes.

  • Body of Proof
Having lost her medical license in the aftermath of a family tragedy, Megan Hunt M.D. joined the medical examiners and proved herself a forensic genius. Yet even diplomatic police partner Pete Dunlop can't prevent her arrogant attitude and total disregard for any authority or social norm to cause grave aggravation all around. Still, as long as the perpetrators suffer most, the bulldozer approach pays off on the balance.

Slide 4.

  • Contagion
Soon after her return from a business trip to Hong Kong, Beth Emhoff dies from what is a flu or some other type of infection. Her young son dies later the same day. Her husband Mitch however seems immune. Thus begins the spread of a deadly infection. For doctors and administrators at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, several days pass before anyone realizes the extent or gravity of this new infection. They must first identify the type of virus in question and then find a means of combating it, a process that will likely take several months. As the contagion spreads to millions of people worldwide, societal order begins to break down as people panic.

  • The Hospital
Herbert Bock is chief of medicine in a major teaching hospital. His wife has left him, he is impotent and his children have both disowned him. He is toying with the idea of suicide when patients begin dying, not from complications, but from the erroneous treatments the Hospital is giving them. People in the wrong beds are given wrong medicines, sent to operating theaters for incorrect surgery, and found in waiting rooms dead of natural causes. Barbara Drummond has come to take her comatose father back to the Sioux reservation where he operates a clinic and they each reach out to each other for emotional support, as a shadowy figure stalks the patients and staff of the hospital.

Kenya mall attackers never wanted to negotiate, 'only wanted to kill'

A Kenyan soldier runs through a corridor on an upper floor at the Westgate Shopping Mall in Nairobi, Kenya, on September 24, shortly before an explosion was heard. Sounds of heavy gunfire erupted from the mall Tuesday, even as authorities said they had the building under their control. But four days after Al-Shabaab terrorists stormed the swanky mall, several gunmen -- including snipers -- were still inside, two senior officials said.

Some answers may be revealed in blood-stained halls or deep in the rubble of Nairobi's Westgate Mall. Others may never be known.

That's the reality for investigators and the people of Kenya on Wednesday, still coming to grips with a vicious attack and armed standoff that ended a day earlier with all the perpetrators believed to be either detained or dead.

Details continue to emerge that paint an ever-clearer picture of the horror and drama that transpired over those four days, as well as of the actions and mindset of perpetrators believed to belong to the Somalia-based Al-Shabaab terrorist group.

It all started on Saturday when they -- after reportedly escorting out Muslims -- stormed into the upscale mall and began shooting. A senior Kenyan government official said there were actually "very few" innocents taken captive; the attackers, firstly, were out for blood.

A rescue worker helps a child outside the mall.

"They were not interested in hostage-taking," the official said. "They only wanted to kill."

One thing they did not want to do was talk -- as, at one point early in the crisis, Al-Shabaab stated flatly on Twitter, it would not do.
"We wanted to negotiate. They were not responding," said the Kenyan official. "They didn't even respond."

We'll never know the thinking of the five terrorists killed -- including a still unidentified woman, according to the official, who added it's too early to tell whether she's British national Samantha Lewthwaite. Yet it is possible 11 arrested arrested people in connection to the attack could offer fresh insights, according to President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Whether or not they do, investigators will continue literally to dig for clues. Some of them -- including the finally tally of innocents taken hostage, as well as the number of attackers killed -- could be gleamed from what is left of three collapsed floors of the once pristine mall.
Referring to the final death toll, the government official said: "That is subject to (examination) of the area collapsed."

People who had been hiding inside the mall during the gunfire flee the scene.

Attackers 'all went to one corner'
Without accounting for whomever may be buried in that rubble, Kenyatta said Tuesday that at least 61 civilians and six security officers had died in the attack, in addition to some 175 injured.
The president promised "full accountability" for the "mindless destruction, deaths, pain, loss and suffering we have all undergone" in a nationally televised speech.

"These cowards will meet justice, as will their accomplices and patrons wherever they are," Kenyatta vowed.
The worst of the bloodshed took place Saturday, when the gunmen entered a mall full of shoppers and diners.

Some caught in the crosshairs didn't survive. Others took shelter wherever they could -- in bathroom stalls and stairwells and various nooks of the expansive mall.
Even after the vast majority of people were gone by Saturday night, a few remained trapped. Despite being hampered by prank calls made from around Kenya, authorities were able to rescue at least six people including one woman who'd taken refuge in a car trunk, the government official said.

Kenyan soldiers and police themselves made their way into mall by late Saturday, and the attackers eventually regrouped in an area near a Nakumatt grocery store and Barclays bank branch.
"(They) all went to one corner," the senior government official said.

But even after the five suspected terrorists died in fighting Sunday, the crisis stretched on.
A big development Monday was a fire that broke out -- one that the Kenyan official says was set by militants trying to escape, to no avail.
"They lit the fire to create a smokescreen," he said. "Two of them drove out from the parking lot, and we forced them back in."

Gunshots broke out yet again Tuesday, though the same source said it was from authorities "shooting into the air to see if there would be a response" not because the attackers were firing back.
"You see, Westgate is a complicated building," the official said, talking about the prolonged operation. "Anyone who is familiar with that building knows it is very complicated."

My Dream City Barcelona.

Do you have a dream city? Is your dream city, in fact, Barcelona?

Barcelona is one of the first tourist destinations of Spain because it has the oldest history in other European cities. Barcelona has many impressive buildings with styles from the gothic to the modernism.
When I visit Barcelona, first of all i would want to visit church of Sagrada Famillia . The Temple is Gaudi's most famous work and the finest example of his visionary genius. Gaudi was a pioneer in his field in using color, texture, and movement in ways never before imagined. Gaudi became obsessed with the church to the point that not only did he focus all of his creative energies into it. La Ramblas is the most famous street in Barcelona . The street never sleeps and is always crowded. The street has colorful shops , cafes and structures. The Statue of Christopher Colombus, the symbol of Barcelona is something i wouldn't miss to see.

So i did a little research on the natives. Spanish people like eating and drinking so much , they have breakfast twice a day. Spain is a mediterran counrty that eat bread and olive oil at breakfast. After the first breakfast, they have a second breakfast between 10 and 11 a .m. They prefer to eat sandwich with sousage or cheese and omlet with potato that is called tortilla a la espanola and drink fruit juice or coffee.

I met this Italian woman once and she told me I don't need to think where or which place i can go, that I can spend wonderful nights with flamenco music show in the streets. Flamenco is a form of Spanish folk music and dance from the region of Andalusia in southern Spain. It includes cante (singing) and toque (guitar playing). There are also some underground clubs.

At night time there are more people compared to the daylight because Spanish people love night life very much.  Barcelona... Ooh I wish to see you one day!

I pee pee myself watching "IT"

Might be a laughing matter at some point but also sad after several years am now embarrassed that i pee on myself watching a stupid clown performing some scary stunts.I might not be the only kid that fluttered watching the Stephen king's IT..

The story revolves around an inter-dimensional predatory life-form, which has the ability to transform itself into its prey's worst fears, allowing it to exploit the phobias of its victims. No matter how scary IT could get i never left the coach,IT was some interesting film where a group of well mannered and witty kids united to stop an evil clown who murdered kids.

The series spans back and forth and we get to see the outcast kids grow up in part 2  with full vengeance towards the funny yet creepy clown.

The first Stephen King's IT was so interesting an creepy compared to the second part that was aired in 1990..what more could get me pee on myself? seeing a young innocent six-year old Georgie Denbrough is lured to a storm drain when his paper boat drops down into it.

When attempting to retrieve it, he encounters a seemingly friendly man dressed in a clown suit named Bob Gray, who calls himself "Pennywise the Dancing Clown." Pennywise tempts Georgie closer with promises of candy and balloons, exclaiming that they all float down into the sewer.

He says that Georgie can float too before revealing his true nature, grabbing him and viciously tearing his right arm off. His older brother Bill is overwhelmed with guilt for inadvertently sending Georgie to his death and is terrorized when his picture comes to life and bleeds.

After IT got sprayed with battery acid in the eyes and hit with a slingshot and disappeared this brought much peace to me ,i could then go to the bathroom myself and sleep while the lights were off..

The outcast kids growing up never convinced us the film got better, part  2 was not that scary film we were all used of.

Before i forget that clown was ultimately insane and scary...if you have watched the Stephen king's IT  am sure you also have  fluttered over this legit horror film ....

I grade the film B+

IT is the story of a group of well-mannered and geeky kids that become friends while banding together to stop an evil clown that murders kids and has a Brooklyn accent (Excellently played by Tim Curry). - See more at: http://welivefilm.com/stephen-kings-review-mike-holtz/#sthash.9PELEZUh.dpuf

Do you Know about Emperor Penguins??

 Photo: Emperor penguins

Emperors are the largest of all penguins—an average bird stands some 45 inches (115 centimeters) tall. These flightless animals live on the Antarctic ice and in the frigid surrounding waters.

Penguins employ physiological adaptations and cooperative behaviors in order to deal with an incredibly harsh environment, where wind chills can reach -76°F (-60°C).

They huddle together to escape wind and conserve warmth. Individuals take turns moving to the group's protected and relatively toasty interior. Once a penguin has warmed a bit it will move to the perimeter of the group so that others can enjoy protection from the icy elements.

Emperor penguins spend the long winter on the open ice—and even breed during this harsh season. Females lay a single egg and then promptly leave it behind. They undertake an extended hunting trip that lasts some two months! Depending on the extent of the ice pack, females may need to travel some 50 miles (80 kilometers) just to reach the open ocean, where they will feed on fish, squid, and krill. At sea, emperor penguins can dive to 1,850 feet (565 meters)—deeper than any other bird—and stay under for more than 20 minutes.

Male emperors keep the newly laid eggs warm, but they do not sit on them, as many other birds do. Males stand and protect their eggs from the elements by balancing them on their feet and covering them with feathered skin known as a brood pouch. During this two-month bout of babysitting the males eat nothing and are at the mercy of the Antarctic elements.

When female penguins return to the breeding site, they bring a belly full of food that they regurgitate for the newly hatched chicks. Meanwhile, their duty done, male emperors take to the sea in search of food for themselves.

Mothers care for their young chicks and protect them with the warmth of their own brood pouches. Outside of this warm cocoon, a chick could die in just a few minutes. In December, Antarctic summer, the pack ice begins to break up and open water appears near the breeding site, just as young emperor penguins are ready to swim and fish on their own.

Do You Think About Sex On The First Date?

Courtesy: Andrew Onyango

This article mostly makes sense if read by a guy. If any women are reading this then imagine you have testicles. Are you imagining? Stop scratching! Now let's go on...

I read an article this morning about how many people have had or have considered having sex on the first date. Percentages were thrown out but because I don't like math, I ignored them. But basically it came down to half the number of people who were interviewed saying that sex is available on the first date. Some had given up the biscuit on the first date while others were a bit more conservative about sharing. People feel a little guilty for thinking about sex on a first date and I ask why. The purpose of a first date is to indulge sexual fantasies.

I have been single for a few months now and as I ease back into "the game", I find that I learn absolutely nothing about anyone on the first date. I am usually staring at her boobs. Why? Well, for starters I am a pig. But in addition, on the first date all that conversation is hitting a mental brick wall built by the question, "Would I hit that?". And if you have been on a date with me in the last three months... The answer is "Yes".

Women know this too. Note, on a first date most women "dress to kill". Meaning they are dressed to steer your fantasy train in the right direction. That cleavage she is sporting is not an accident. She could have worn a sweater if she wanted. She wants you to think of her as a viable oven to bake your buns in (children). So she will wow you with a good physical first impression.

There's no shame in it. This is the purpose of the first date. Sizing each other up physically. Sure, some clever things may be uttered here and there. She may say something about Sin City's artistic style which makes you realize you have an intellectual on your hands. But that is not likely if she is "dressed to kill". Nerdy smart women are seldom vain enough to get dolled up.

Power through politely and get to date number two. This one is perfect for all the chatter boxing because the initial effect of her sexiness has worn off and as such you take her more seriously. It's true, ever notice how it gets easier to talk to women the deeper into the relationship you go? It isn't "getting bored" as most people believe. It is actually because you are no longer mesmerized by the bouncy things on her chest. Well... Not as much anymore.

Note, at NO point did I advise anyone to have sex on the first date. I just said you should indulge your sexual fantasies. In fact, if I had my way, first dates would just be two people meeting in an empty, well lit room with whitewashed walls where they can visually examine each other for two hours.
